I do not want to play on teams or do race car events. I want to just play the game and get through the various buildings. Also, every time I tried to do something the last two nights it wouldn’t let me start what I thought was a new series. It always took me to a level 18 that had nothing to do with what I first pulled up. The game has become so frustrating that I have opened it up and immediately exited the game. Stop having so many side things. Also, the ships part of it is worthless.

I would love the game if all the little mini games didn't pop up automatically. I don't want the option to decide to play the dozen mini games. Not forced to play them.😡

I really enjoy Clockmaker. Great graphics, characters, storyline and smooth interaction/gameplay. Top notch!

Great game

I’ve been playing now for over a year. Just Recently Temu pops up on my screen in the middle of a game. I do not have the Temu app on my phone. Whenever I try to get rid of a Temu add, I can. But in the middle of playing a round of the game, Temu randomly pops up only on Clockmaker. If you can’t correct this, I will have to delete my game. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! You will get Temu popups randomly, even if you try and exit the app or commercials!

I bought rubies and used them then realized you would have to always buy to win. So after using these rubies and other things I deleted the game. For days later I was charged again for a bad of rubies.

I love this game. I can only play for a few minutes at a time so I want to stick to the basic games. I don’t want to join a team, do special exhibitions, drive race cars or do any special events. But I’m always directed to a special event page that I can’t get out of. I exit the game to get to the menu page but I’m always directed straight back to the unwanted event with NO WAY OUT. Please put a Back To Menu option on each & every page. I’m really getting frustrated at not being able to choose which game I want to play.

I’m supposed to be updating but when I do, it just keeps circling and never finishes the update. I haven’t been able to play for a while now.

Good: Game play is fine. The game is fun. It throws enough perks at you to keep you going in the game, which I appreciate. Except: A lot of the boards will require an almost perfect alignment of the elements or more moves and resources. To get these moves and resources you can either spend real money on in game currency or watch an ad. This is all standard. The problem is one ad in particular freezes my game. I have to close out the game and relaunch multiple times. I lose the board and progress. It takes up time, and is annoying. I have reached out to Support twice. Twice I have received a very polite, personal response from their AI basically telling me that it’s not a them problem, it’s an advertiser problem. This is ridiculous. There are other games with better support. I would recommend those.

It's to hard

I’d play more if there were not ads every 5 seconds. And, it forces other games to make sure you don’t finish your task. Do not download. Sad, because it did have potential.

First, it’s not a puzzle game like advertised, it’s a color match game. Second, there is so much extra stuff (match next to a bookcase, match next to an owl, etc.) that you can’t enjoy the color match game.

You just don’t know what will happen next. But it’s fun to be a part of every single day.

I’ve been playing this game for a long time but I’m done. Over the years they have been slowly adding “features” and today when I opened the game I had to go through 23 screens before I got to actually play. ENOUGH!

This game used to be better. All of the fun has been taken out and it has become boring. Also I’m sick of all the pop up ads

I’ve been playing for years. I updated the app and lost all progress. Guess I’m done playing. Very disappointing

After years of not playing, I gave the game a second chance. I like the storyline and graphics, but remember now why I quit before. After the first several levels it becomes impossible to win without purchasing boosts. IMPOSSIBLE. Developer response is always the same if you look at reviews. Nothing is changing. Prepare to get your wallet out if you’d like to progress. I’m deleting the game permanently this time. Additionally, you can’t just hop on the game to play. You’re forced to close far too many game-in-games before playing, and you cannot opt out by just closing them. You’re forced to go into them and waste time before fighting your way back to regular gameplay. I used to love this game.

I don't mind watching the videos, but the new ones that have Monopoly Go and Double Dice as wont let you exit the ad after it’s done. When you click to exit after the reward grants nothing happens. The hyperlinked button doesn't work. Then you have to force close the app and lose the reward you were watching for.

I love this game but the adds, especially the solitaire add, just freeze the game and prevent moving on to the game. Because of this add, I am unable to move to the next level and return to the game. Very frustrating. Please fix.

I've played this game for several years, and I'm about done with it. It takes almost a minute to get signed in, while "X-ing" out the numerous pop ups, making you "join" a team against your will, ads freezing up while you try to get another life, etc

I do like your game. I do not like having to spend my money just to beat levels it’s not right. I will never play your game ever again. YOU WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY EVER AGAIN.

The new owners of this game have ruined it! When I started playing years ago, their app page stated that each round could be won without the need to buy bonus packs and even had a special page of videos showing you how to get through the harder rounds. All that has gone away and a majority of rounds are impossible to complete without your hard earned cash! Sure, I used to buy bonus packs to get through the harder rounds quicker to distract myself while my husband was getting cancer treatments. But now it’s ridiculous how it’s impossible, IMPOSSIBLE, to complete most rounds without paying to do so. Seriously developers? Signpost level 44… only 18 moves to remove 25 books and 45 gears (which is actually 90 gears since you have to hit them 2 times to remove them)! Only 18 moves? Impossible! Unless you pay up of course. Do yourself a favor and find a more ethical game.

They show you the best puzzles in these ads to try to get you to download the game and I’ve yet to see any of those puzzles that these things show and I’m high up on the levels. I just think that you should show what you normally play not all the hyped up games that I still haven’t seen.

Played for years! Deleted end of 2024 because the ads you have to watch else you have to buy items to clear a level. Not me. Too bad

Come on with these ads! I get having ads to keep the game free. But seriously, having to hit the X four or more times is ridiculous! Not sure it’s worth the hassle to keep going.

I keep loosing because of this! Please fix this glitch in your game, it’s very frustrating when I can’t receive my winnings because the video isn’t available, thanks.

I don’t like games when you have to WAIT on Energy!! Also have to go through too many other levels to get to the Unlocking puzzles!

I’ve been playing this game for a while now, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. But now that I’ve reached the 10,000 plus levels, this game has suddenly become so rigged. Beating levels is VERY difficult, due to lack of usable pieces, unaccessible boosters, way less moves per game, and just impossible puzzles that you know will not be beat until the game LETS YOU WIN. And trying to resolve issues, like common glitches, with support is useless. They’ll want you to upload a photo, screen recording (which isn’t even upload-able to the app), and a full description of the issue. Even though you already provided everything relevant from the beginning. And I keep getting the same support guy “Arthur”, who really hasn’t been that helpful. He just chalks it up to something that developers are working on to improve. RIGHT. Another issue with the game is that their “collections” aren’t regularly updated, so, like me, you may be rewarded time and TIME AGAIN with items you’ll never need, when you could be getting awarded items that could be exchanged for boosters and rewards. Support says developers are working on that, too. Ugh Update: I’ve been stuck on levels for the past week, and it’s so aggravating, because I feel like they want me to pay to pass all the time. I’ve contacted support, but they say every level is beatable. Ummm, I don’t think so when I’m given the worst options to move with pieces I can’t use, and the game sabotages your chances of winning game and game again. I am a usual player, and pay for boosts almost every day. But now I see they seem to be taking advantage of that by making me lose almost every game repeatedly until I give in and pay. It’s so frustrating. Steer clear of playing and paying for packages too often. I can almost guarantee they will take advantage of that.

At first I could choose when I wanted to watch an ad for some help or reward. Now they are popping up often with no choice and no reward. Like the game, hate the ads.

The graphics, the gameplay, the interface the music everything about this game is amazing! I am truly addicted! Please keep it going forever!! With infinite levels!!!! Love it!

This is a fun addictive game.it is nice to play

I started playing this game a few years ago. And stopped. I remember why now. Its very pretty and the main soundtrack is nice, but quickly it becomes like every other game. You cant move forward unless you pay, and pay, and pay. It becomes so unbelievably difficult. That they are impossible to solve without some sort of costly perk. Its no longer about solving a puzzle or skill. But how much you are willing to spend.

I love this game but WHAT IS WITH THE 50 POPUPS I just want to play the game and not all these side quests..

Way too many ads or it would be a great game. So many ads that I hardly ever play.

It's fun and exciting but it gets ridiculously frustrating. Like most other games, you have a lot to accomplish to beat the level but not a whole lot of moves. This is why I uninstall these kind of games. Unlimited lives is fine but the unlimited moves is what we need more often than not.

You have to spend money to play this game otherwise you will not advance. It’s disappointing that the makers of the game have it programmed this way.

I love the game and it’s the only one that I play, but now it is not allowing me to play unless I update. When I click on UPDATE in the App Store it does nothing. HELP!!

I find myself so annoyed with the same ads and the minute I see that blonde I opt out of playing every time. At least offer a paid ad free option

I like this game. It’s a colorful match 3 game with cool graphics. But every game is a matching game. There are no clues. The storyline exists, but you are never challenged to solve a mystery. That disappointed me. But as far as matching games go, it’s enjoyable.
